A well-funded, innovative cybersecurity startup, backed by Cyberstarts VC, is seeking a talented Product Manager to join their founding team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in defining and executing the product strategy and vision from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a sharp, ambitious leader passionate about building extraordinary products with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry. This role offers full ownership of the product roadmap, requiring close collaboration with engineering, design, and other teams to drive innovation as the company scales.

About the Role

Take full accountability for the product lifecycle, including roadmap creation, feature prioritization, business justification, use cases, feature definition (from specs to stories), execution, KPI tracking, and bug prioritization. Interact closely with customers and the leadership team on strategic accounts, providing solid technical leadership, including go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, customer engagement, demo stories, rollout, product adoption, and impact on sales. Own all product aspects from design through development and rollout, becoming a subject matter expert. Collaborate closely with R&D and CTO teams to build features. Conduct customer and market interviews (e.g., win and loss analysis), manage analyst relations, and monitor relevant outlets to stay informed about industry trends. Own competitive intelligence gathering, create battle cards, and provide training on competitors in the security space. Translate insights and strategies into meaningful resources (e.g., blogs, decks, videos, guides, reports) for the team, partners, and customers to effectively communicate value.

Responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B Enterprise SaaS Product.
• 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity field.
• Strong technical skills with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science/EE or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent English communication skills; close customer relationships are essential.
• Passion for building things from the ground up.
• Customer-obsessed, visionary, team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Background as a developer - An advantage.
