Head of Recruitment Team

A leading financial company in Tel Aviv is looking for a Head of Recruitment Team to take charge of the company’s hiring efforts, lead a team of recruitment coordinators, and actively recruit for both high-volume and tech positions.

What You’ll Be Doing

:- Managing and mentoring a small, professional recruitment team

.- Overseeing recruitment for a range of positions, including CPA interns, corporate roles, and tech positions (Cybersecurity, Project Managers, etc.)

.- Defining job profiles in collaboration with hiring managers

.- Leading the entire recruitment process, including CV screening, sourcing, phone and in-person interviews

.- Writing professional candidate evaluations and leading negotiations through contract signing

.- Representing the company in academic career fairs and employer branding events

.- Monitoring and analyzing hiring performance metrics (KPIs, SLA adherence, and process improvements)

.- Working with the Niloosoft recruitment system to manage and optimize hiring processes
