Full Stack Engineer

A rapidly growing and innovative Cyber Intelligence company, a key player in the industry, is seeking a Fullstack Team Lead to manage one of its platform teams. This role is based in Tel Aviv.

As a Fullstack Team Lead, you will lead a team of engineers developing the company's client-facing platform and its backend services. The focus is on delivering a valuable, simple, and aesthetically pleasing interface to a complex cyber intelligence collection system. While the primary focus is team and project management, strong hands-on technical expertise is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, grow, mentor, and manage a team of talented engineers.
• Design and lead the development of complex components and services.
• Be responsible for all aspects of software development, including technologies, security, scalability, and reliability, as well as processes and people development.
• Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile, production-critical environment.
• Shape and influence cross-team/department processes within a fast-paced ecosystem.

Technical Skills:

• Server-Side: At least 5 years of experience in: NodeJS (TypeScript), MongoDB, Elasticsearch, gRPC, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, Docker
• Client-Side: At least 3 years of experience in React (TypeScript), MUI, Storybook, Selenium
