Position Overview: We seek a motivated and dynamic Social Media Management Assistant to support our social media and community efforts. This part-time, flexible role is ideal for students who are passionate about cryptocurrency and have a strong online presence. You will work closely with our Community Manager to amplify our brand voice, engage with our audience, and grow our social presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for platforms like X, Telegram, TikTok and others.
• Interact with followers and community members, fostering meaningful conversations and building relationships.
• Monitor and report on social media metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Research and stay updated on crypto-related news, trends, and jargon to create relevant and timely content.
• Help manage and grow Telegram groups, ensuring a welcoming and informative community environment.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative social media campaigns.
• Identify and engage with key influencers and potential brand advocates in the crypto space.

Requirements:

• At least 2,500 followers on X with a demonstrated ability to engage an audience or a proven substantial growth of followers for a business account. 
• Good working knowledge of various social media platforms, particularly Telegram and TikTok.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency concepts, jargon, and trends.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
• Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about Web3, blockchain, and the crypto ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing or growing social media accounts for companies or projects.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track and report on social media performance.
• Creative skills (e.g., graphic design, video editing) are a plus.
