As a Director of Security, you will be responsible for:

• Create and enforce comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the organization's assets, employees, and data.
• Oversee the development and implementation of security programs across GRC, AppSec, and SecOps teams.
• Set and define the KPIs, SLAs and goals for the entire department.
• Own and lead administration, monitoring, and response for our systems and applications.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Collaborate with cross-organization teams.
• Deal with Technical and managerial escalations.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing GRC, AppSec, and SecOps functions.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
• Excellent English – written and verbal.
