Agilite is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Buyer to join our team. This role involves managing the purchasing process, placing orders, tracking inventory, maintaining supplier relationships, and optimizing work processes to ensure high quality and efficiency.

Job Description:

Overseeing purchase requisitions and preparing quotes.

Identifying and sourcing suppliers on a global scale.

Communicating and negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers.

Developing and monitoring purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Coordinating with other departments to meet organizational needs.

Supporting the Logistics Coordinator as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in global sectors - is required.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hebrew.

Strong organizational skills, quick learning ability, and attention to detail.

Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills combined with a confident and assertive approach.
