Business Operations Manager – Full-Time/Part-Time

An international company based in Tel Aviv, specializing in business coaching and operating a global coaching school, is looking for a Business Operations Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Calendar and schedule management
• Coordination of activities, including corporate workshops, public workshops, and practicum programs
• Task tracking and monitoring, including price quotes and coordination with the social media manager
• Managing training programs (Practicum Program)
• Collaborating with Israeli and international organizations and clients on global projects
• CRM system management: entering corporate leads and ensuring data is up to date
• Handling invoices, vendor registration, royalties, and monthly financial tracking
• Planning business trips and coordinating with travel agents
• Organizing conferences and events
• Managing relationships with vendors and overseeing day-to-day office tasks

Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High-level English proficiency (native speaker – an advantage)
• Discretion, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in CRM systems, calendar management, and Office software
