Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Lead

A leading financial organization is looking for an Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Lead. This role is responsible for overseeing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, strengthen organizational culture, and increase employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• :Managing well-being budgets and planning corporate events, conferences, Happy Hours, employee gatherings, and holiday gifts
• .Leading initiatives to improve the employee experience, including onboarding processes, incentive programs, and team-building activities
• .Managing internal communications, including newsletters, updates on the company portal, and information dissemination through internal communication channels
• .Collaborating with external employer branding providers and leading internal campaigns such as the "Employee Referral Program" and corporate photography days
• .Organizing and coordinating employee volunteer days and social responsibility activities
• .Working closely with HR, Operations, and Recruitment teams to create a meaningful and holistic employee experience
