Job Description:

• Responsibility for managing the company's inventory in the logistics center (Marlog).
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including the Marlog manager, headquarters management, and store managers across the country.
• Overseeing and conducting inventory counts in both the logistics center and retail stores.
• Managing a team of inventory auditors.
• Monitoring and reconciling discrepancies between inventory management systems.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as an Inventory Manager in a retail or manufacturing organization – Mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering – Significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Experience with inventory management systems such as WMS and SAP.
• Full-time availability.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
