As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in designing intuitive, efficient, and visually engaging interfaces for our AI-driven platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will create user-centered solutions tailored to the needs of modern marketers. This role demands a balance of creative vision, technical acumen, and an understanding of AI-enhanced design practices.

• Design Execution: Develop end-to-end UX/UI designs for the platform, ensuring usability and a cohesive visual language across all products.
• Prototyping: Utilize Figma to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• User Insights: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to refine designs and address user needs.
• Interactive Elements: Design animations and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and experience.
• AI Integration: Leverage generative AI tools to craft and optimize prompts, improving tool functionality and user interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Presentations: Clearly communicate and justify design concepts and decisions to teams and stakeholders.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Product Designer with a focus on UX and UI.
• Technical Skills: Advanced expertise in Figma with a portfolio showcasing impactful designs.
• Interactivity: Proven experience in creating animations, micro-interactions, and interactive prototypes.
• User-Centered Approach: Strong skills in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
