Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Studio and Design Manager at Shufersal located in Rishon LeZion. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the design studio, managing creative projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all design materials.

Qualifications

• Graphic Design, Visual Communication, and Creative Direction skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Project Management and Team Leadership abilities
• Experience in developing creative campaigns and brand identity
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of print production processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

Management of 6 designers and quality control
