Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Backend Team Lead at BeeFree Agro. The Backend Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of backend systems and databases. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions. This role is based in Yokneam Ilit, with the opportunity for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Proficient in backend development, database management, and system architecture
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of backend developers
• Strong knowledge of programming in Python
• Familiarity with Django, RESTful API and Azure DevOps
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
