Head of Marketing Communications

While uniting leading academic medical centers with innovative startups and strategic industry partners, ARC drives forward rapid development and implementation through data sharing and streamlined collaborations.

Position: Head of Marketing and communication

The essence of the position is to activate and oversee the day-to-day operations of ARC's communication plan, social media accounts, monitor and create content in coordination with ARC's Chief of Staff, engage with ARC's digital audience, and with relevant media players and help implement around-the-clock media and digital activity.

Key Responsibilities:

·Create, maintain and update social media assets.

·Improve and maintain ARC'S website on a weekly basis.

·Create a daily calendar of content to be posted on all ARC's social media platforms and adapt the look, feel, and language of each post for the relevant platform.

·Monitor incidents to be shared on ARC's social media accounts, exposing ARC's community to our activity.

·Organize, plan, and prepare a weekly calendar of content for all ARC's platforms.

·Assist the startup team with promoting the startup community on social platforms.

·Monitor social media accounts of ARC's partners and suggest ideas on how to support them.

·Take part in community management of all ARC's social media platforms, monitor engagement, and create more direct communication with ARC's followers.

·Manage and coordinate all editing aspects of ARC's website, social media, marketing materials and presentations.

·Manage and coordinate all editing aspects of ARC's yearly Summit and conferences.

·Assist in brainstorming and implementing creative ideas to promote ARC's activities (i.e. events, newsletters, etc.).

·Rapidly design images on Canva for social media posts.

·Work with the Hubs to create new content pieces to feature on ARC's social media accounts.

·Manage and broaden relationships with relevant media reporters.

·Represent ARC on various meetings.

Qualifications:

·Experience in digital content creation.

·Experience in working with Media.

·Proven experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter.

·Experience in designing social media assets (i.e. Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

·Ability to create and execute complete content pieces from A-Z – creation, writing, design, and posting.

·Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

·Highly detail-oriented with excellent content editing and writing skills.

·Fluent in Hebrew and English.
