Key Responsibilities

• DevOps Leadership: Drive CyTwist’s DevOps strategy, establish best practices, and ensure processes align with the organization’s dynamic needs and goals.
• Infrastructure Development: Architect and maintain resilient infrastructure for inference systems, ML workflows, and related components, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• CI/CD Excellence: Build and refine CI/CD pipelines to streamline code integration, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality releases.
• System Reliability & Uptime: Monitor system health, proactively perform checks, and manage incident responses to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Security & Compliance: Lead security initiatives by enforcing industry best practices, conducting regular audits, and collaborating with internal teams to mitigate vulnerabilities and maintain compliance standards.
• Automation & Optimization: Implement automation frameworks to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and support for development workflows.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and infrastructure roles, managing complex systems in production environments.
• Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of multi-cloud environments, specifically Azure and GCP, with experience in provisioning, networking, and cost optimization strategies.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Expert proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker, with a strong track record of managing and deploying microservices architectures.
• Networking Mastery: Solid understanding of network design and troubleshooting, including VPCs, routing, and security configurations.
• CI/CD Tools: Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent, and a deep understanding of version control workflows.
• Linux Savvy: Advanced Linux administration skills, including scripting, system configuration, and package management.
• Production-Grade Resilience: Proven ability to maintain mission-critical systems with near-zero downtime and rapid response to incidents.
• Security-Minded: A robust understanding of security practices and experience in creating and maintaining secure infrastructure.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative environment.
