System Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven System Support Specialist to support our on-premises IT infrastructure in a dynamic research and development environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Linux and Windows systems, hardware, software, and networking, combined with a passion for providing excellent end-user support to researchers and developers. During the role, you will have the opportunity to gain experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a System Support Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong experience with Linux and Windows systems – a must!
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
