Role Description

YOPI Tech is looking for an experienced part-time Medical Director/Cardiologist to join our innovative team. This remote role requires up to 10 hours per month and offers the opportunity to contribute to an exciting medical technology company. You will oversee the cardiological aspects of our health tracking system, providing expert advice and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the health data captured by our platform. Your insights will be crucial in advancing our mission to make cutting-edge health monitoring accessible to everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the medical and cardiology-related aspects of YOPI Tech's health tracking system.
• Provide expert medical advice to the team and customers remotely.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of real-time health data provided by the system.
• Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to refine medical algorithms and features.
• Stay updated with the latest research and trends in cardiology and medical device technology.
• Serve as a key member of the Scientific Board of YOPI Tech, contributing your expertise to guide the company’s scientific direction and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Medicine and Cardiology – At least 5 years of professional experience in cardiology.
• Remote Medical Collaboration – Proven experience working remotely with physicians, healthcare teams, and customers.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to interpret complex health data and offer actionable insights.
• Excellent Communication and Teamwork Abilities – Comfort in remote collaboration and clear communication with cross-functional teams.
• Board Certification in Cardiology – Required.
• Interest or Experience in Medical Device Technology – A strong interest in working with innovative health technology is preferred.
• Consideration for MDs Based in the USA – We will also consider MDs whose name and position are globally recognized in the field of cardiology, with significant influence in the medical community.

Compensation:

• Compensation will be in the form of company stock options, rather than cash payment, until YOPI Tech raises $5M.
• The selected MD will also become a member of the Scientific Board of YOPI Tech, playing a vital role in shaping the scientific and medical direction of the company.
