Director of Sales And Business Development

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales & Business Development to lead sales strategy, build key partnerships, and drive business growth in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

·       Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and drive growth.

·       Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.

·       Identify market trends and new business opportunities.

·       Lead sales activities, from prospecting to closing deals.

·       Manage and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.

·       Oversee business relationships, contract negotiations, and cross-team collaboration.

·       Leverage data and CRM tools for insights and optimization.

Requirements

·       3+ years of experience in sales & business development (B2B preferred).

·       Proven ability to drive sales and manage the full cycle.

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·       Experience in managing customer service – an advantage.

·       Familiarity with CRM systems & BI tools – a plus.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).

·       Fluent in Arabic, Hebrew, and English.

·       Full-time on-site role in Shfaram.
