Qualification Engineer

The System Qualification Engineer is an integral part of the System Qualification group, which operates under Global Customer Support. This role involves evaluating new modules, assessing integration complexity, and determining the impact on overall system performance. The engineer will work closely with R&D, Operations, and Product Marketing teams to conduct experiments, ensure successful module releases, and drive system improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, integration and customer success as part of the product life cycle.
• Define and execute set of experiments to validate system designs, focusing on risk reduction and optimization.
• Execute comprehensive testing during Alpha stage of the product life cycle, analyze the collected data, prepare and present a detailed tests results.
• Develop tools and capabilities for evaluating module and system performance.
• Lead the implementation of new calibration methods, ensuring tools and documents are prepared for optimal use.
• Own certification process, document creation, and identification of gaps for resolution.
• Formulates test guidelines, acceptance test procedures, protocols, and detailed reports.
• Travel to customer sites to implement new designs and troubleshoot complex system issues.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a multidisciplinary company.
• B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification (e.g., Practical engineer)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and drafting).
• Demonstrate ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
• Highly motivated, creative, and innovative thinker.
• A team player with Excellent collaborations skills and the ability to work Independently with a proactive, can-do attitude.
