Head of ILS (Customer Service)

Our Missile and Space systems division is seeking a Head of ILS (Customer Service) to lead business operations and oversee customer service and ILS projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and manage customer service and ILS projects at TMM.
• Oversee the establishment of electro-optical production and maintenance laboratories in Israel and abroad.
• Ensure execution of current and future orders, meeting delivery timelines and project milestones.
• Drive processes to increase sales, contracts, and profitability.
• Collaborate with business units and other IAI plants.
• Lead the preparation of complex price proposals in coordination with internal IAI teams.
• Directly manage project managers and work in a matrix structure with various disciplines.
• Oversee a matrix team of dozens of employees, with direct management of over five team members.

What we're looking for:

Mandatory requirements -

• Israeli citizenship.
• Relevant academic degree (Bachelor’s required).
• At least 3 years of managerial experience, including direct employee management.
• Experience in customer service and/or ILS.
• Experience managing large-scale projects.
• High-level English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications -

• Master’s degree.
• Experience working with large clients in Israel and abroad.
• Experience in managing and monitoring business targets (contracts, sales, profitability, etc.).
• Experience working with the Ministry of Defense, including negotiations and financial assessments.
• Familiarity with electro-optical systems.
