Senior Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and drive innovation in our web and mobile products. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for AI-driven solutions, user experience, and agile product development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, managing a team of ~6 Product Managers, to shape the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to execution.
• Define and implement the product strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of ~6 Product Managers to drive innovation and product excellence.
• Work closely with AI and technology teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions.
• Collaborate with design and UX teams to enhance user experience (UI/UX).
• Utilize Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Monday) for efficient workflow.
• Analyze market trends, user needs, and competitor insights to drive product improvements.
• Maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and business teams.

Job Requirements

✅ ~5 years of experience in product management, focusing on web/mobile products.

✅ Experience with AI tools and understanding their implementation in products.

✅ Strong knowledge and experience in UI/UX and customer-centric product design.

✅ Experience in educational products or learning systems is a plus.

✅ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

✅ Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Monday).

✅ Full-time position – hybrid work model (office located in Ramat Aviv, Tel Aviv).
