Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Kfar Saba-based marketing team. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the visual direction of the brand identity, producing high-quality graphic design assets for digital and print media. This includes everything from social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, brochures, banners, and event materials. You will bring your creative vision to life, ensuring our designs align with the company’s goals, values, and target audience. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What You’ll Do:

• Design Creation: Conceptualize, design, and produce marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media posts, email templates, website assets, presentations, print materials, and more.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the company, ensuring consistency across all marketing platforms and materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales, to develop visually engaging content that aligns with strategic goals and messaging.
• Creative Direction: Lead and inspire the creative team by providing guidance and mentorship in design execution and conceptualization.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality work.
• Stay Current with Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of visual innovation.
• Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to ensure the final product meets the brief and exceeds expectations.

Who You Are:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on marketing and branding.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of marketing designs, with a focus on digital, print, and branding projects.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) as well as web design tools (e.g., Figma, etc.).
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong visual design sensibility and the ability to create compelling, innovative designs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Collaboration: Team-oriented, with the ability to work well with others, take direction, and provide constructive feedback.
• US Consumer Market: Understanding of the US consumer market a strong PLUS
