We’re looking for a **Head of Marketing** to set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our marketing efforts, focusing on demand generation and classic B2B marketing (content, use cases, events, webinars, website).

What You’ll Do

As our Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for building and leading Notch’s demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and execution-focused marketing leader who can establish scalable marketing programs across multiple channels.

Develop and Execute a Demand Generation Engine 

- Own and optimize the CRM database (HubSpot) to manage leads effectively.

- Build and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive demo requests and pipeline growth.

- Develop an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy targeting mid-size and enterprise businesses.

- Implement **lead scoring and nurturing programs** to move prospects down the funnel.

Build an Inbound & Content Marketing Engine  

- Create and oversee a content strategy (blog, case studies, thought leadership, whitepapers, use cases).

- Develop SEO-driven content to attract organic traffic and improve website conversion rates.

- Launch a webinar & event strategy to engage and educate potential customers.

- Manage website CRO (conversion rate optimization) to increase demo requests.

Own Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing

- Build automated email nurture sequences to convert leads into customers.

- Implement personalized email campaigns for different customer segments.

- Develop re-engagement campaigns to bring back cold leads.

Lead Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

- Drive demand through Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels.

- Establish retargeting campaigns to engage warm leads.

- Optimize ad spend through rigorous A/B testing and attribution modeling.

Drive Community Engagement & Social Growth

- Scale **Notch’s LinkedIn presence** with strategic thought leadership and industry insights.

- Build and engage a **customer community** through Slack, Discord, and online forums.

- Leverage **customer advocacy & referral programs** to drive organic growth.

Establish Marketing Analytics & Reporting

- Own **marketing attribution and reporting**, connecting campaigns to revenue outcomes.

- Set up **dashboarding & analytics tools** (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Looker, Tableau).

- Continuously **test and optimize campaigns** based on performance data.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation.

- Proven track record in scaling marketing programs that drive pipeline growth.

- Experience with ABM, CRM management, marketing automation (HubSpot).

- Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, content marketing, and email automation.

- Ability to build and lead a marketing team while being hands-on.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.

- Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and communication skills.
