Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Practical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tel-Aviv, Israel. This role involves overseeing prototyping, managing production processes, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. The position offers opportunities for professional growth into battery design and customer feedback processes during pre-sales.

Responsibilities:

Prototyping Lab:

• Build prototypes and samples for new products.

• Conduct performance characterization and stress testing.

• Carry out environmental testing to ensure reliability.

Production:

• Manage materials and coordinate with the supply chain.

• Oversee assembly processes and production equipment.

• Ensure compliance with process controls and quality assurance standards.

• Maintain a safe working environment in line with safety protocols.

Quality Control:

• Train and mentor team members on quality assurance.

• Plan and oversee quality testing and execution.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on quality metrics.

• Manage risks and resolve quality-related issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification as a Practical Engineer in a relevant field (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar).

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Proficiency in English is required.
