System Architect

We are an established global tech company seeking a dynamic and highly skilled System Architect to lead the architectural vision for cutting-edge multidisciplinary systems. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the hardware and software domains, ensuring seamless integration, innovative solutions, and alignment with the needs of our internal teams and global clients.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and create networking solutions involving multidisciplinary systems, connecting terminals, remote sites, and diverse client ecosystems.
• Develop comprehensive system design documents and specifications to guide cross-functional R&D teams.
• Engage with clients, understand technical requirements (RFIs, RFPs), and translate them into actionable development plans.
• Lead technical reviews, including PDR (Preliminary Design Review) and CDR (Critical Design Review), ensuring robust system designs.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams—RF, hardware, software, and operations—to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions.
• Drive the integration of new technologies and industry trends into product roadmaps.
• Provide end-to-end support for product development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Leading any system design aspects related to Commercial Aviation Communication and Commercial Maritime Communication systems, designing solutions based on industry standards and integrating our products into complex aircraft and maritime systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in system architecture for multidisciplinary systems, integrating hardware and software.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, including technical negotiations and requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of communication technologies, including RF systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance for aviation, maritime, or defense communication systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to manage complex projects independently.
• Experience with real-time embedded systems or robotics.
• Experience with Jira or similar tools for project and documentation management.
