About the job:

As a Production Services Specialist, you'll be collaborating with various teams to investigate and resolve service issues, provide technical support to call centers and ensure smooth operations in our dynamic environment with new versions and occasional problems

What you'll be doing?

• Investigate and troubleshoot service issues collaboratively with developers, product managers, analysts, and other departments.
• Assist call centers with technical support inquiries.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment where new service versions and occasional problems arise.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in SQL server – creating complex queries - Must.
• Good understanding of logs services - Must.
• Experience in kibana \ logz.io - Must.
• B.A. in Information Systems / Computer Science- Must.
• Experience in C# .NET Framework\Core or Python – Big Advantage.
• Knowledge in working with MongoDB - Advantage.
• Experience as technical support tier 2/3 – Advantage.
• Highly motivated and passionate about learning new technologies and methodologies.
• Assertive, team player, and self-managed.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
