PMO for a Classified Development Role in a Leading Defense-Tech Company

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrative work plans
• Oversee project development & testing control
• Manage risks, bottleneck analysis, and critical paths
• Synchronize workflows across multi-disciplinary engineering domains
• Gain deep financial insights – budgeting, pricing, costs, and revenue analysis
• Plan and monitor budgets from pricing to project completion
• Provide comprehensive project status reports to senior management and clients

Requirements:

• BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics + 10+ years of experience in technological project management – Must
• 3+ years as a PMO in large organizations – Must
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in MS-Project/Primavera – Must
• Background in consulting/process optimization – Advantage
• Experience working with finance teams, R&D managers, and senior executives
• A strategic thinker with strong business & analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset
