Storage and Virtualization Administrator

Position: Storage and Virtualization Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Storage and Virtualization Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining storage systems, creating and managing virtualized environments, and ensuring system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily management of storage systems
• Setup and maintenance of virtualized environments
• Management of backup systems
• Troubleshooting and performance optimization
• 24/7 availability and on-call support
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization
• Participate in day and night shifts as needed

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Storage Administrator (3 years of experience may be considered)
• Experience working in a large production environment
• Strong knowledge of managing VMware environments
• In-depth experience with storage arrays such as PowerMax, ISILON, VMAX, INFINIDAT – an advantage
• Familiarity with operating systems like Linux and Windows – a must
• Scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) – an advantage
• Expertise with Cisco SAN networks – a must
• Familiarity with HP server hardware – an advantage
• Strong ability to learn and adapt independently

Additional Info:

• Security clearance level 3 required (must be eligible for clearance)
• Experience in an Enterprise or Integration environment is highly preferred
• Hybrid work model: 2 days working from home
