Planning Specialist

*We're Hiring: Production Planner (TPM)*

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled *Production Planner* to join our team and help drive new projects and products to success!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage and oversee new projects and products, including creating new part numbers, building and pricing product trees/product portfolios, and ensuring a smooth transition from development to production in collaboration with purchasing, engineering, and production departments.

- Set production and procurement priorities in coordination with customer managers.

- Manage material delays, pushbacks, and accelerations.

- Handle and track deliveries for special projects.

- Manage procurement requests for subcontractors.

- Lead and oversee special projects.

- Manage ECO (Engineering Change Orders) and implement them in the system and client systems (SPS, SNF, etc.).

- Generate and present cross-organizational control reports.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in production planning (TPM).

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-organizational activities.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience with Priority ERP system – an advantage.

- High proficiency in English.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
