At IFF we're now excited to welcome a new Quality Assurance Manager to our site in Acco, Israel!

In this role you'll have the responsibility for the quality system and you'll ensure that production sites operate according to food quality and safety standards, and that the products produced meet local and international regulatory requirements as well as customer requirements.

You'll be responsible of managing quality processes in production from reception of raw materials to the product supplied to the company's customers, while maintaining continuous improvement of quality processes and training and management of the quality team.

Main Responsibilities

• Management of the quality system.
• Management and training of employees to meet the various requirements.
• Management of customer audits/internal audits.
• Providing an appropriate response to the company's customers on quality issues.
• Implementation and updating of quality policies and procedures according to the requirements of regulatory and international standards (such as HACCP, ISO ISO22000, FSSC 22000) and in accordance with company's policy.
• Ensure that the products meet the requirements of the relevant standards, local and international regulations as well as customer requirements.
• Building, implementing and monitoring quality programs and procedures.
• Handling quality failures, analysing root causes and proposing solutions for correction and improvement.
• Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve quality processes.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in managing a quality system in all its aspects in the food industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing and training teams of employees and leading them to Quality excellence.
• Extensive experience in managing and leading customer audits/internal audits.
• Experience working with regulatory authorities and complying with standards.
• In-depth knowledge of food quality standards and requirements (ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000).
• Experience in data analysis, problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and meet targets.
