We are looking for an Operations Excellence Project Manager to take on a significant and impactful role that directly influences the company’s business goals. 🔹 What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead cross-functional operational projects from initiation to execution, engaging key stakeholders and driving results.

✔ Analyze and improve processes to enhance performance and impact key business metrics.

✔ Develop and implement new work methodologies and management routines.

✔ Define system requirements for development or procurement of operational systems.

✔ Plan and execute complex projects according to recognized project management methodologies.

✔ Analyze data, build models, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

✔ Foster a culture of operational excellence, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

✔ Work closely with senior leadership and interface with internal and external stakeholders.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ BSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent – required.

✅ 7+ years of experience leading Operational Excellence, Organizational Development, or Business Process Improvement projects in large organizations.

✅ Experience in a consulting firm – an advantage.

✅ Strong knowledge of Lean, PMBOK, TOC, Six Sigma methodologies.

✅ Experience with SAP ERP systems – an advantage.

✅ Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Strong analytical mindset, business orientation, and process-driven approach.
