Business Operations Manager

Description

Fiverr is looking for a Business Operations Manager.

The Business Operations Manager collaborates closely with the Business Management Director to effectively implement strategic initiatives for the business unit, focusing on monetization and revenue generation. This role requires strong collaboration with key stakeholders, including colleagues from Product, Data, and Product Marketing. Additionally, the manager must have the ability to identify business opportunities and drive their successful execution and performance.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Own Business Targets: Ensure the business unit achieves its P&L targets by critically reviewing financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and taking actionable steps to pursue them.
• Conduct Business Research: Investigate the competitive landscape, extract relevant benchmarks, and develop data-driven business models to support strategic decisions and initiatives.
• Build Relationships: Establish strong partnerships with colleagues to drive strategy execution, align efforts across domains, and secure your involvement in key decision-making discussions.
• Leverage Analytical Skills: Utilize data proficiency and Excel expertise to analyze and interpret business metrics, enabling informed decision-making.
• Initiate and Execute: Drive initiatives with creativity, assertiveness, and a results-oriented mindset, ensuring seamless execution and the achievement of business objectives.
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business and analytical roles, preferably in business/strategy consulting.
• Experience in formulating and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, highly capable of interpreting data, performing qualitative and quantitative research, and translating results into actionable key takeaways.
• Experience working and successfully collaborating with multiple internal partners, including product, data, and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English – Advanced, proficient at a high level.
