Concept and 2D Game Artist

Casual Friday LTD is seeking a talented Senior Concept and 2D Game Artist to join our Art team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting stunning visual concepts and high-quality 2D art assets for our games, collaborating closely with designers and developers to bring imaginative worlds to life. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about game art and has a strong portfolio showcasing their artistic skills and creative vision.

Responsibilities:

• Visual development of concepts from product brief to final art
• Ideation and creation of characters, backgrounds, game pieces and icons
• 2D rendering of final assets and preparation for implementation, working closely with the rest of the art team and the Unity dev team.
• Work both in manual hands-on illustration and with the assistance of designated AI tools
  
  

• 4 years of game art experience
• Knowledge and control of the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop is essential
• Familiarity with Unity and Spine is an advantage
• Team player, flexibility, and creativity
• Love of games and retro 2000 cartoons is a big plus
