Quality Assurance Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SW Validation and Automation Team Leader to join our team and be part of a next-generation AI and Wireless platforms

As a leader, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing validation environments, utilizing advanced automation methodologies to ensure high-quality software delivery This role involves leading the SW QA Automation team and managing aspects of software verification, validation, and release

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of validation and automation engineers

Drive the full validation lifecycle: requirements analysis, test plans creation, design, execution, regression automation, and more

Continuously improve and maintain test automation infrastructure and reports

Lead product release activities

Define and manage the Validation team roadmap and backlog execution

Provide timely and meaningful feedback on requirements and technical designs

Collaborate with global teams, including architects and development teams

Qualifications

BSc in Computer Science or related field

3+ years of experience leading QA and automation teams

Experience in medium to large organizations

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (both formal and practical)

Hands-on experience in test writing and automation (C++, C, Python)

Experience with Agile methodologies

Familiarity with Simulators, Compilers, Processors, and AI product validation is a plus
