Who we seek:

We’re seeking a talented and motivated R&D Team Leader to join our innovative startup in the security domain. Our company provides a cutting-edge data platform that enables organizations to manage internal data effectively, including scanning data sources, to identify sensitive information such as PII. As an R&D Team Leader, you'll lead a team of 5-6 skilled engineers focused on the scans and discovery domain, guiding them to achieve technical excellence and drive impactful projects.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and deliver inventive, data-driven products to foster business growth


• Ensure production-grade high-quality code


• Make informed technological and architectural decisions while introducing new technologies and practices


• Review the design and code for other team members

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a team leader and 4 years of hands-on experience in software development.


• Experience with Java, Typescript (NodeJS), Kafka, and ElasticSearch.


• A degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.


• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, with strong project management skills.


• Demonstrated experience working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.


• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
