Process engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Process Engineer to join our ink development R&D team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the development of new products, processes, and technologies while leading complex technology projects. The candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and drive advancements in the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize processes for new product development, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative technologies to enhance product performance and manufacturing capabilities.
• Manage and lead complex technology projects, from concept to execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and process validations for new technologies and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
• Analyze and interpret data from experiments, pilot runs, and production trials to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with advancements in process engineering and chemical industry technologies to drive continuous innovation.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering within the chemical industry.
• Proven experience in developing and scaling up processes for new product development.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex technology projects.
• Strong technical expertise in process design, development, and optimization.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work on innovative, out-of-the-box solutions.
• Experience in team leadership or project management, with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and process simulation software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
