Validation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

o Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities

o Oversee day-to-day project activities, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery

o Coordinate activities of business analysts and developers to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery

2. Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, and technical teams

o Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with P2P goals

o Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Proven experience managing BI projects, with a strong focus on P2P or procurement analytics

• Proficiency with SAP data integration and BI technologies (Hana, BW, SAC)

• Excellent project management skills

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority

• High-level proficiency in spoken and written English

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ERP systems of SAP and their integration with BI platforms

• Experience with data governance and data quality best practices
