About The Position

The Event Manager is a leading stakeholder in the event hosting strategy and its implementation.

You’ll collaborate with multiple teams within the organization, as well as with external vendors to sell, plan and deliver corporate events. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated multi-tasker to join a successful high-growth company.

We’re looking for an experienced, organized, metrics-driven event manager, with an eye for detail, a creative soul, and strong project management and sales skills. The role requires a strong team player with a can-do attitude who is proactive, self-motivated, and methodical.

Responsibilities

• Be a key stakeholder in defining the event product for Mindspace, including its packages, capabilities and pricing
• Create partnerships with service providers to deliver the best event experience for our clients and their guests
• Manage the sales cycle - following up on leads, tailoring the offering, negotiating and presenting offers
• End-to-end responsibility for delivering events: concept, planning, production, and execution of events
• Coordinate with other teams in the organization, among others the operations, finance, marketing, and legal teams
• Improve and optimize the product based on customer feedback and data
  
  

• 2+ years in corporate event production, corporate event venue or a sales or marketing role with an event production orientation - a MUST
• Tracked record in all the event delivery stages: sales cycle, concept, planning, budget and execution
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English - a MUST
• Strong team player
• Results-orientation and project management capabilities
• Negotiation skills and strong commercial awareness to maximize performance
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Familiar with a CRM software such as SalesForce and HubSpot - a plus
