This data is used to power our machine learning predictions, business-critical metrics, and analytics, which in turn power our decision-making.

About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Team Leader to lead our Deep Learning team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of ML researchers in developing and delivering high-impact ML projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business problems, and develop and execute data science solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of ML researchers
• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business problems
• Develop and execute DL solutions
• Ensure that ML projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Work closely with the Principal Researchers to plan the research roadmap
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into our platform
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML research and development
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of ML researchers
• Strong technical skills in ML, including deep learning (bonus: recommendation systems)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
