Role Overview:

As the Marketing Director, you will spearhead our efforts to drive new leads, acquire new customers, and generate revenue. This role requires a data-driven leader with a deep understanding of performance marketing across multiple channels, combined with the ability to innovate and integrate new strategies into the marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Marketing Strategy:
• Develop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive performance marketing strategy focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Manage campaigns across channels such as paid search, social media, programmatic, affiliate marketing, and more.
• Channel Innovation:
• Identify, evaluate, and test new marketing channels and tools to diversify the marketing mix.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging innovative tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and accountability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, analytics, credit, risk and creative, to ensure seamless execution and alignment on goals.
  
  

• Work closely with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
• Lead creative testing and experimentation to optimize ad copy, visuals, CTAs, and landing page experiences for higher conversion rates.
• Ensure creative assets align with brand positioning while maximizing engagement and performance across different marketing channels.
• Analytics & Optimization:
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and ROI.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and scale winning strategies.
• Utilize data insights to continuously improve performance across all channels.
• Budget Management:
• Own the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI while maintaining cost discipline.
• Forecast, track, and report on campaign performance and budget utilization.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Expertise in managing campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate networks, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms to derive actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page performance improvement.
• Proven ability to identify and launch innovative marketing channels and tactics.
• Leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, and developing marketing teams.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
