Validation and Engineering Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Validation and Engineering Team Leader to

• oversee validation processes,
• lead engineering assignments and projects, and
• provide critical support to production processes and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a Master Validation Plan (MVP) and oversee its execution.
• Lead and manage the engineering team and maintenance team, ensuring efficient operations and continuous improvement.
• Drive validation activities for both existing and new equipment and systems in compliance with industry standards.
• Execute engineering projects across production, maintenance, and utilities systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production, maintenance, and utilities operations.
• Oversee the procurement, specification, and integration of new machinery into production.
• Prepare and maintain procedures, protocols, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Practical Engineering with at least 5 years of senior technical experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Mandatory: Strong knowledge of cGMP principles and regulatory requirements.
• Advantageous: Experience with dry/wet production processes and the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
• Familiarity with industrial utilities systems and production/packaging machinery.
• Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to independently lead projects and drive results.
• Strong service orientation, assertiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
