About the Role:

Pango is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our finance team.

In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to monitor financial records, prepare budgets, and contribute to the company’s financial success. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of financial and tax reports.
• Consolidation of financial statements.
• Professional management of subsidiaries.
• Monitoring and control of bookkeeping records.
• Preparation of the annual budget and budgetary control.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Providing professional support to the accounting team.
• Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparation of management and business reports.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory.
• 1-2 years of experience post-internship - Mandatory
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel – Mandatory.
• Experience in financial statement consolidation – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with Israeli GAAP and IFRS – Advantage.
• Knowledge of tax regulations – Advantage.
• Familiarity with Priority - Advantage
• Experience from one of the Big 5 accounting firms - Advantage.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
