As we expand, we're​ ​looking for​ ​a​ ​rockstar CRM & Social Media Manager (Replacement for maternity leave) to join our great team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust CRM strategy geared towards enhancing user engagement and meeting key business objectives.
• Oversee the optimization of communication channels, including push notifications, emails, and in-app messages, to drive impactful CRM campaigns and user journeys.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to craft targeted CRM initiatives that resonate with users and drive desired outcomes.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, maintain detailed reports, and utilize dashboards to track success and uncover actionable insights for improving user engagement.
• Utilize segmentation and behavioral analysis to effectively track, optimize, and enhance player engagement.
• Implement A/B testing methodologies to evaluate CRM campaign effectiveness and refine messaging strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize impact in future campaigns.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation.
• Excellent communication abilities with a track record of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, adept at handling sizable datasets.
• Demonstrated success in project execution and assuming complete ownership of initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in English
