System Validation Automation Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced System Validation Engineer to play a key role in defining, developing, and executing analog electro-optic tests within the system validation team. In this role, you will define test methodologies, design validation processes, and collaborate closely with R&D teams across multiple subsystems, including hardware, electro-optics, firmware, physics, and system engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, development, and execution of test programs that will be used as automation HW and optic tests for HW system components and systems
• To find component and system faults in all the required aspects
• Development of end-to-end tests according to the needs of the project
• Defining required test means, architecture and design for automation, design, and implementation of required infrastructures
• Control device API and LAB equipment such as SCOPE DMM logic current prob optical environment
• Plan and write elaborated test plan documents
  
  

• BSc in electrical/computer Engineering or a related field with 5+ years of vast experience.
• Experience with HW software automation design control and development
• Strong automation/scripting skills Python C / C++ and Git/version control
• Debugging complex systems
• Build the automation environment
• API Definition and control and connect to different SoC environments
• Understanding of API concepts and control test equipment
• Control Key sight / Agilent /Tektronix LAB equipment
