Brand Manager

About This Position What You´ll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, including global and local launch plans, crafting briefs, creating marketing tools, and driving activities that align with sales and growth objectives
• Continuous and effective collaboration with the division’s departments and company functions, including Visual, Social, Training, and E-commerce teams, as well as close alignment with Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Analyze brand performance regularly, monitor sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights
• Oversee budget management, including forecasting, expense tracking, and generating detailed financial reports
• Act as the primary liaison with global headquarters, preparing professional presentations, performing data analysis, and providing timely updates as required
• Work directly under the Marketing Manager while playing a pivotal role in shaping strategic decisions for the brand
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field – required
• Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager – required
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders – required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including PivotTables, complex functions, and data analysis – required
• Strong familiarity with the fashion, beauty, or consumer goods industry – a significant advantage
• Outstanding multitasking abilities, a proactive and creative mindset, and meticulous attention to detail
