Senior Data Scientist

We're looking for highly talented, experienced, passionate, and data-driven Senior Data Scientists.

• Create and develop ML models to drive the company forward and support decision making; while using data driven insights about our product, customers, business goals…
• Work in a team and independently, understand business requirements and how they relate to and support business KPIs.
• Research creative data-driven ways to solve challenging real-world business problems
• Design, establish, maintain and evolve the company's machine learning (ML) models
• Develop production-level, scalable ML pipelines and models
• Collaborate with analytics, business and data engineering teams and bring a proactive approach to handling anomalies and abnormal behavior within our DWH
• Use your background in predictive modeling, advanced statistical analysis, ML practices and techniques and time series modeling to build new features and products.
  
  

• BSc/MSc in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, computer science or equivalent)
• 7+ years of proven experience in developing and delivering end-to-end ML models, from data cleansing, feature engineering, algorithm development and implementation of models in production with real-world data
• Deep statistical and mathematical knowledge (regression, linear algebra, properties of distributions, etc.) and the ability to understand, utilize and innovate on state-of-the art machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
• Advanced knowledge in ML and deep learning
• Familiarity with standard frameworks in data science (Numpy, Pandas, Scipy, Sklearn), gradient boosting frameworks, DNN frameworks
• Languages: Python, working SQL knowledge with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), working with a variety of datasets
• Experience in NLP/text analytics - advantage
• Experience with BigQuery - advantage
• Start-up experience - advantage
