About the Role:

As a QA Associate, you will be responsible for setting and implementing quality policies across various domains, including:

✅ Environmental monitoring

✅ Attire and cleanroom conduct

✅ Documentation and quality record management

✅ Deviations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

✅ Internal audits and regulatory compliance

✅ QA Oversight of production and QC departments

✅ Participation in projects, investigations, and audits

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Accompany and manage deviations and CAPA processes

🔹 Review and approve batch records

🔹 Write and approve procedures

🔹 Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality policies

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Pharmacy

✔️ Experience:

• Prior QA experience in a pharmaceutical company (mandatory)

• Hands-on experience in investigations, corrective actions, internal audits, and QA Oversight

• Strong background in writing and implementing quality policies

✔️ Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical standards and regulations

• High-level English proficiency

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
