Revenue Controller

Description

We are looking for a top-notch, motivated, and talented Revenue manager to be responsible for all aspects of the revenue, combined with key accounting responsibilities.

This position is a hands-on position and will interact and coordinate with stakeholders from various departments to ensure proper accounting treatment, execution of accounting functions, and reporting of results together with forecasting the revenue, booking and collection.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in revenue management, strong analytical capabilities, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the revenue recognition processes including billing-related processes and collection.
• Collaborating with various departments within the organization.
• Take part of the consolidated monthly-close process including revenue and deferred revenue, analytical review and subsidiaries reports.
• Manage all revenue recognition matters with the external auditors for quarterly and annually reviews.
• Lead the monthly and annually closing process of the US and Germany subsidiary.
• Support the subsidiary outsource bookkeepers in all day-to-day aspects to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Participation and support in the annual audit process and the financial statements.
• Managing all payments to vendors of the subsidiary.
• Managing all Mesh-related transactions of the subsidiary.
• Perform and implement different controls to ensure proper posting in the books.
• Preparation of annual tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements globally.
• Support the ongoing finance operations.
• Ad-Hoc projects.
  
  

• CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm - Must.
• Post internship from Hi-tech department (experience in fast- growing High-tech companies- advantage).
• Strong accounting knowledge in US-GAAP, with a detailed understanding of accounting methods, reporting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• MS Office, particularly Excel- Must.
• Advanced knowledge in ERP Systems - NetSuite and Priority - advantage.
• Accurate and detailed oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of independence and self-examination.
