We are looking for a PMO with experience in Information Systems projects to join our team! If you have strong analytical skills, experience in project tracking, and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders—this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Monitoring and controlling work plans
✔ Preparing status reports
✔ Task tracking and follow-up
✔ Documenting decisions and meeting summaries
✔ Knowledge management within the project
✔ Risk management
✔ Collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, preferably with a specialization in Information Systems
Project Management certification – advantage
Business Analysis certification – advantage
At least 3 years of experience as a PMO in Information Systems projects – required
Experience working on ERP projects – preferred
Experience with MS Project – required
This is a part-time (40%) position
