What's Guardio?

Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family and friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime.

We try and avoid buzzwords, but sometimes those keywords are necessary: we help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and a whole lot more.

Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 80 people), on a rapid growth path, and we’re looking for core team members to join our Growth team. We already have well over a million registered customers and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline.

So, what's the job?

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team. As a key member of the People team, you’ll own significant parts of the hiring process. This means managing initial kickoff meetings, sourcing, conducting phone interviews, and being the focal point for both candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate experience is extremely important to us, so we need someone who lives and breathes recruiting. Our continued growth relies on having an excellent talent acquisition process.

At the moment, the position does not include HR interviews and contracts.

You will:

• Work with hiring managers to identify their hiring requirements. You’ll develop and implement the necessary strategies to reach and communicate with potential candidates.
• Build a strong talent pool for key positions. This means developing and maintaining both regular and innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
• Be responsible for the onboarding experience of your new hires, including coordinating and supporting this process with hiring managers.
• Lead and execute projects in the hiring field.
• Analyze recruitment numbers and data. You’ll use the data to make improvements wherever needed. This also means knowing where and when things are not going well - and being ready to raise flags.
• Be part of the people team - that means helping the whole team with everything a start-up People team does - be a focal point for employees, answering questions, helping with arranging welfare activities, and maximizing employee experience
  
  

• 4 years of experience recruiting for technology positions (at least 2 years in a start-up company)
• Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills
• Experience with leading and executing recruitment projects
• Can-do attitude - you’re not afraid to do things outside your comfort zone. Sounds obvious, but we’re a small start-up and we’re looking for people who can adapt and embrace change and disruption.
• You’re independent and a problem solver - but you also know the team comes first.
• High level of English and Hebrew, both verbal and written - MUST
• A working knowledge of the Comeet platform is an advantage
