Junior Sales Representative (Part-Time)

Syqe is a med-tech company developing technologies that enable the precise delivery of a wide range of therapeutic molecules by inhalation. Utilizing its breakthrough technology, Syqe aims to relieve the suffering of as many patients as possible as quickly as possible.

We are looking for a motivated, empathic Junior Sales Representative (part-time) to drive sales of our innovative inhaler.

In this role, you will engage with patients, build trust-based relationships, and meet sales targets while identifying opportunities and ensuring excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products over the phone.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Address customer questions and concerns while overcoming objections.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales processes and strategies.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business (retention calls).
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  
  

• A student currently enrolled in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, Social Work, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience in a sales role - a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- positive and patient attitude.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Comfortable with outbound cold-calling and following scripts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English.
• A part-time position (50%) at our offices in Jaffa, conveniently located near Bloomfield Stadium**.
